Black, oily sunflower from Ukraine is a staple ingredient in energy-rich wild-bird feed across Europe. The naturally high oil content and soft shell structure make sunflower particularly suitable for small-beaked species, supporting birds' metabolism during cold seasons and migration periods.
Grown in southern regions of Ukraine, these seeds benefit from optimal sunlight, fertile chernozem soil, and careful hybrid selection focused on oil yield and seed uniformity.
After harvesting, seeds are processed using modern cleaning and sorting systems to ensure 99,0% purity and consistency.
Our focus is not only on volume, but also on delivering a product that performs well in feed mixes - one that is clean, uniform, and nutritionally dense. For producers seeking reliability and performance in their raw materials, Ukrainian black oily sunflower is a proven choice.
Our black oily sunflower seeds undergo a two-stage cleaning process using modern cleaning equipment. In the initial stage, the seeds are cleaned using a vibratory separator equipped with cleaning screens and a calibrator to remove impurities and ensure uniform size. In the second and final stage, the sunflower seeds are processed on vibrating tables, where they are sorted by specific weight, ensuring only the highest-quality seeds are selected. This meticulous process guarantees premium quality for our customers.
